1.2 ‘Service’ refers to cleaning services at your home or commercial properties.
1.3 ‘Cleaner’ is a trained service provider who is made available to you via this Website
1.4 ‘We/Us’ refers to Biennet Cleaning Services
1.5 ‘You’ refer to the person using our website to book a service.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Use Of The Website
2.1 Registration
By registering as a user with Biennet, you affirm that all personal details provided by you are true, accurate, and complete, the lack of which, if found, will result in the termination of your account on our website.

Booking Services

3.2 All bookings made by you are subject to review and acceptance by us. Only after you receive a confirmation on your email will your booking be considered. This is the point where the contract between you and us and you and the individual cleaner begins.
3.3 By booking a service with us, you agree to book that particular cleaner only through our website’s medium for the duration of the contract and three months after it.
Booking Cancellation
4.1 Cancellation by us
- If you violate any terms, you will not be able to access this website automatically.
- We hold the right to cancel any booking without notice.
4.2 Cancellation by you
- Our policy states that you can reschedule/skip/cancel your booking till 18:00 the day prior to the clean for free.
- You will be charged the total price if you have to cancel or reschedule a clean after the stipulated time or your assigned cleaner arrives at the location and cannot enter/start their work.
Contract
5.1 The Biennet website is simply a means for us to connect you, the user, to self-employed service providers, the cleaners. Our contract with you is merely the use of this website.
5.2 After a booking has been confirmed, you have a direct contract with the cleaner. This contract does not concern us. Biennet will not be liable for the provision of services to you from the cleaner.
Third-Party Links
When you follow a third-party link, you leave our website. They are present simply for your convenience. Biennet has not reviewed or controlled these websites’ content, and we do not endorse any material, finding, or functions found there. The user agrees to access any third-party link entirely at their own risk.
Privacy
We procure, process, and protect all the information we get from you in accordance with our Privacy Policy that you can read here. Using our website, you warrant all information given by you is accurate, and you agree to our method of processing data to meet the website’s needs.
Price & Payments

8.2 Biennet reserves the right to change the prices of services at any given point in time, barring those that have already received the confirmation mail.
8.3 All security measures for payments are in place for Biennet services. We will not be liable for transactions happening from a lost credit card.
8.4 You, at this moment, consent to us charging your card for full payment of the bill on the day of booking, after the service has been provided.
8.5 The card details you give must be accurate and valid. If there are any changes, you must intimate that to us immediately.
8.6 If we find an unpaid balance on your account after the service has been provided, we will charge an administration fee and increasing interest each month left unpaid.
8.7 Promotional codes, vouchers, gift cards, and credits are only valid for:
- One time for a single household;
- New customers only;
- Regular weekly or fortnightly cleans
- home cleaning services, without add-ons.

9.3 Right Related To Intellectual Property
Our licensed partners and we own the copyright and other intellectual property rights for the content on the website. You are prohibited from using this website for any other reason except for personal use.
